Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

LUXYN currently delivers exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 working days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Some products may arrive sooner.

LUXYN works with a network of fulfilment partners, including international fulfilment partners, and some products are dispatched from overseas. As a result, delivery times may vary slightly between products.

If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive in more than one parcel.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or periods of unusually high demand.

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, customers can contact us at info@luxyn.shop and we will investigate the delivery.

We will comply with applicable UK consumer law regarding delivery times and customers' rights where goods are delayed or not delivered.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

If a customer notices an error in their delivery address, they should contact info@luxyn.shop as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

International Delivery

LUXYN currently does not offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.
